My Story…

Have you ever experienced bloating, low energy, mood swings, gut issues, low vitality, skin issues or simply feeling lost? You're not alone- I have been there too! Constantly feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to achieve genuine health and well-being. With the abundance of information out there, each claiming to hold the key to health, it is easy to get lost in the trendy fad diets and quick fixes that often focus solely on physical appearance and weight loss, neglecting the essential aspects of nourishing the mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

I have also been through this path, trying various approaches without truly connecting with myself or understanding my body's needs. It wasn't until I realized the toll I was putting on my body that I decided to embark on a journey to discover the essence of authentic health. My intentions were to nourish not only my physical body but also my mind, soul, and emotions- cultivating self-love and inner peace.

Now, I am here to help guide you along your own path of self-discovery and well-being. Together, we’ll explore what best supports you and how to make the most aligned food and lifestyle choices for your wellbeing by learning how to tune in and listen to your body’s needs. I believe each person holds the wisdom of their own well-being. My role is to teach you how to access that intuition and motivate you to progress towards becoming your happiest, most vibrant, and healthiest self. I´m a Certified Health Coach

I practice a holistic and multidimensional approach to health and wellness, I look at how all areas of your life are connected. It’s not just about the food on your plate: Does work or relationship stress cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from being physically active? Together, we’ll look at every part of your life and explore how each one is affecting your health. We will collaborate to create customized solutions that work for you, honoring your bio-individuality.

Through my coaching, I will empower you to make food and lifestyle choices that best support you and your well-being, starting at where you are at right now. I will also teach you how to make sustainable shifts allowing you to reach your health and wellness goals, and maintaining them for the long term.

I teach my clients how to tune in and listen to their body’s needs. I understand that life often gets in the way of our best intentions, plus your needs will change over time. I aim to equip you with the necessary self-awareness that will allow you to make decisions that work for you in any given circumstance. I believe each person is their own health expert—it is my role to teach you how to access that inner knowledge, your intuition, and motivate you on your journey towards becoming your happiest, healthiest self.
